Description: One of the most common animal cruelty calls we get is that there is a dog without a dog house out in the rain or cold. Shelter from the elements is one of the most basic needs of a dog. Most of the people who have these dogs are low income and cannot afford to go out and buy a suitable dog house.

Description: SAAW Nashville has a dedicated outreach mission to homeless pet owners and those pet owners who live at or below the poverty level. We provide total veterinary service with emphasis on spay and neuter, including transportation, as well as food, shelter, collars, leashes and other basic pet care needs as well. Our foodbank serves between 30-50 animals each month.

We are a small grassroots group, in the trenches & hands on!
